Tammy was born and raised in Tennessee but was seasoned in Louisiana. North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia also contributed to her childhood. She’s written about everything from traveling to pearls, financial planning to party planning, weddings to eco-friendly home design.

For almost half her life she’s created dynamic, multichannel original content for print, web, and social media. She’s a devoted supporter of the Oxford comma, and can't decide which she likes best, an ellipsis or an em-dash.
